Access & refund policy

Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the experience for your own use. Please do not share your account, copy, redistribute or resell the recordings.

Digital delivery

Experiences are delivered digitally in My QR5 Library immediately after payment. You can sign in any time with the email you purchased with.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be glad you bought. If you’re not satisfied with a QR5 Subconscious Experience or bundle, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. This applies even if you’ve already listened to it.

How to request a refund

Email support@quentinmccain.com within 7 days of purchase, from the email address you used to buy. Please include the name of the experience. We’ll confirm by email once your request is processed.

What happens next

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days to appear. When you’re refunded, the purchase is removed from My QR5 Library and you’ll no longer have access to it, including any downloaded copies. For a bundle, the refund covers the whole bundle.

Limits

The guarantee applies once per customer for each experience or bundle. Requests made after 7 days are considered case by case.

Not medical or mental-health care

These experiences are for personal growth and performance. They are not therapy, medical advice or treatment. Never listen while driving or operating machinery.

Testimonials and feedback

If you share your experience in My QR5 Library, it goes to a private review queue and is never published automatically. A testimonial is published only if you tick the separate permission box, and only with the name, title and location you entered. You can send feedback privately without giving permission. You can withdraw permission or delete your submission any time from the Share your experience page in My QR5 Library, or by emailing support@quentinmccain.com. If a testimonial is published and the person had a relationship with Coach Q that is worth knowing about, such as receiving the experience for free, Coach Q will say so on the testimonial. You must be 18 or older to submit.
